Today was the day of filming, where we encountered, and overcame, many problems. Firstly we attempted to upload out last filming session onto Adobe Premier, however it would not recognise the camera, even though it was connected to the computer. Eventually we decided to use a new computer to import the video to. Thankfully this worked.
As we began the filing session after school we discovered that the tripod we were using, was infact broken. This meant that whenever we positioned the tripod, it would almost fall over. Thanks to quick thinking, we used sellotape to prevent the tripod from falling over.
After finally being able to film for a few seconds, we discovered that the camera was low on battery, and would only allow us to film for a few minutes. Again, thanks to quick thinking, we went to charge the camera while filming, although it took us a while to find out where the socket for the charger was on the camera. After the problems were out of the way, we managed to film a few second of usable footage.
